the prata people havent been meeting up that regularly for the past two months :( which is rather depressing (especially for me since im bumming around at home most of the time anyway.)

dunno why when my friend wrote on her livejournal that she was glad she's working and living life with conviction and that she was also glad she wasnt bumming around at home like some people (which i immediately got the hint she was referring to me) i felt kinda hurt. like somehow she managed to stab me with her seemingly innocuous comment. getting increasingly sensitive to stuffs these days. maybe that's because i have too much time in my hands to contemplate life with.

it's not like i dont want a job. im speaking really frankly here (and i refuse to update my own livejournal) i did serious job searching. i've applied 5 times already, and none called me back to tell me i'm shortlisted. it's depressing okay. its really not like i enjoy bumming around at home. i dunno why i have such a big reaction to what she wrote on her lj. but it really hurts to hear ppl saying that im still leaching off my parents when i'm old and capable enough to find a job.

somehow i dont feel like going on a job search with her anymore. was supposed to, after cny, but her comment on lj killed my enthusiasm. sucks lah. where are my friends man.

i wonder where are you guys now! with matthew and james in ns, yen xm sook rox and yean all working, ks still studying, im the aimless one now. and we are drifting arent we?

zzzz i wish cny will come sooner than it would.

karin here! im officially stepping down 2 weeks time, from my cca. sure i will miss my council, but im still glad it will ALL BE OVER soon. :)

It has been almost a month since someone last blogged here. How're the majority of you doing? Pressure pilling up yet again after the block? Expected. Endure k? All these will be over in just a matter of months. Sounds long? not really if you have something to look forward to!

Ok, let me share what i will want to do after the As though it may sound stupid to talk abt it when we should be busy preparing for it.

FIRST! I will want to take up scuba diving! I have always dream of going down deep into the oceans to 'experience' life of marine animals. Though you all may have heard of the underlying dangers, however, how can one learn when they don take risks? right? haha. =)

hmmm. Will want to continue to take swimming awards. It will be such a waste if I just stop at this point in time. Will want to pick up coaching too. Will be able to coach swimming once I got it. So, any of you who don know how to swim but will want to learn how to. Don worry, I am here! Coach you guys for free. haha. Btw, I already have appointments to coach one of my classmates after the As.=)

CAn't possibility ask me to keep swimming right? Intend to offer my service at the hq too. haha. I have already spoken to the ppl there and my job there is almost secure. No pay i guess. haha.

Haha.. nth much to do today. hmmm.. decided to blog.

I juz felt a sense of loss when I went for my current cls outing on sat. It was sort of a flop.. Haix. Made me think of the prata9 outings we had.. and also our very own 4e7. Much better, much better...

Can't wait till the holidays to arrive. I seriously need some rest. =S

Kinda of free and easy after my dinner, so decided to visit the Prata 9's blog to blog! haha. =)

All you guys must be super stressed out by the coming block tests or projects i guess! But somethings just can't be helped i guess, it's all parts and parcels of life! We got to fully prepare ourselves for the challenges lying before/( approaching) us!

Miss you guys badly! Seriously, now there is only yen who is keeping me company, at least my life is not so bad with her always around me( or shld i say i am always around her). Haiz, i still feel that i can't really click with the rest of my classmates very well. Where can i ever find friends are trueful and as trustworthy as you people. Seems that i can't find as many in NY. Though seldom meet up with you guys, but knowing that you people are always there for one another, i just feel so glad.

haha, decided to post something today to let all of you acknowledge my existance since i have been quite inactive for some time. =)

School is really busy for me, at least for the past 2 weeks since school has started. I am really sick of school life.Since the OGLs( karin and james) mentioned about their sch life, then i shall continue with mine.

I actually realised this few days ago when i was on my way home. I have totally no feelings for school life. Which means that for the past one year, going to school is only like going to the loo to me, going in and coming out of it. (what do u all think of the description?). What can i take back from school each day, and what exactly has the school given me? Maybe it's just some mentality problem on my side i guess.

Nowadays, i can like receive 10 or so sms from my cca teacher. He seems to have so many questions to ask me. I know he used to be a lawyer, so he is using the way lawyers questions criminals to question me. Ah, i wonder how am i going to find answers to his questions. Got to reply his sms when i am still in the middle of the lesson, after sch got to go down and meet him. I almost died during our CCA bazaar because i stood there and listened to his lecture for 1 and a half hour on the improvements he wants to see. The things that made me so mad is not because of the time i spent talking to him. He made this comments. " I feel that i am thinking too much for you, you should think more for yourself" ( Maybe some of you don find a problem in that) I am a student and my focus should be on my studies, do u think i have so much time to think about how to improve R$hN and all those proposals i have to vet. I am not paid to just to help out in RC and to find answers to all your questions. I have to do my As. U ninny! Moreover, i am getting very little help form my ppl because they just simply think that R$Hn is a super slack CCA. First Aid club used to be damn slack, but we are no longer first aid club, we are called Rr$hn. We are under an organisation. SO u can imagine how busy we can really get. Those ppl only knows how to pity me, but no one really stands up to help because they are busy with their school work too. ( can't be helped right?) What does that goes to show? i am NoT CapAble at all. haiz. TMl will be out for the entire day due to that again. I am in charge of some CIP thingy lah. =( I will leave home at 8 am, and only reach home 14 hours later. =(

Leaving Rc aside, now to studies. Recognised that we ppl really have to woek hard(or shld i say i have to work extra hard), As and all that are making us dizzy. The Stress is pilling up at a high gradient. Sincerely hope that all of us can scale up this high gradient with out hard work. ya, so now the main issue here is to get the momentum right. Summation P(initial)= Summation P(final) assuming that it is a perfectly elastic transistion. The mass of our brain will remain the same, so now the thing is to increase the velocity of our brain, to make it work faster and better. So by the time til our As, the total momentum will still be conserved. hahaha. ( If i say anything wrong, or got my facts wrong, please correct it for me. haha) Theory presented by yean yang( Dr). hahaha. so crappy.

Yup, Chinese new year is approaching. Hope all your preparations are almost done. haha.

Btw, is the length of my post comparable to matt's? haha. Unknowingly, we are competing the length of posts. haha. How boring can we get?> =)

hey all!

since james wrote something about his part in the j1 orientation, i guess i should write about it!

the first week of orientation was fun! it was part og and part class, so i get to mix with 2 different groups of j1s! had og blues after parting with my og on thurs, my new junior class wasnt that fun at first. but after more interaction with them, i guess they are nice people after all!

now on to the second week, my energy level is really really low. i can barely keep my eyes fully open, and the fact that lessons are resuming is enough to kill my enthusiasm. but thank goodness it's a holiday tomorrow, so i get to sleep in late! i ought to be sleeping now, but i would really want to take this chance to wish all pratarians a HARI RAYA HAJI! (i still rmb the puasa celebration we had at matt's place last yr!yay!)

oh, not forgetting to mention this : JAMES blatantly crashed hc's orientation on friday! hahahaha and i thought he was an ogl? james arh, if u want to meet somebody, do it more discreetly! obvious obvious.

i feel like typing something really long like the one matt typed the last time, so im jus trying to elongate this "essay's content".

oh let me tell you smth interesting! there are 6 pairs of twins in hc's j1 batch!! identical twins! there was this incident today that left me all flushed red and embarrassed. u see, there's a guy in my junior class who has a twin (i din know tt!) so i saw him in another class, and i tot "eh, why is he doing there" i was being a friendly and helpful councilor/busybody, so i asked "did u change class? arent you from 75?" he gave me this really incredulous look and said no, he din change class. he was there all along. then his classmates shouted unanimously, "he got a twin lah!" man. so embarrassed. but anyway, it's over already so i wont think abt it anymore. lol. and there's another pair who look like pin guan!! they both got the same spec frame, one black and one white. it's damn cool lah, and they really really look like pin guan with tt specs and small eyes. hee.

i realise i got nothing really much to say now. im kinda tired to continue too! so i guess i'll sign off for now and hopefully can get to see u all soon!!

It's been a week since I feel like blogging. =S Lol.. Ogl lor. But its really really really fun. Too bad I missed the 2nd day and part of the 4th day too. =( Cos heard from my og mates that our Elementii (which is Matsu) won a lot in these two days, and that they were really really enthu!!! Haha. The new dance (It's gonna be me) is really really cool, but hard to learn and easy to forget too. However, once u get the hang of it, haha... that's it.. =D

Hmm, btw Matt! It's a real pity that u missed the campfire. The skits were really "ichiban", with all the fun and lame factors added inside, in contrast of wat our batch had in the Orienation 2!! How's training btw?

i blinked when i saw matt's post, then got what REFERENCES by smth smth weird, then GOT MY NAME! =) what's tt, matthew?

i had inititally thought that it was james' post but when i saw HISTORY then it suddenly struck me that it's my GP, HIST and MATHS grp mate posting! YAYS! I shall mug hard for my history too! as well as other subjects, of course!

and now, i shall wait for my econs grouping! *prays hard!*

anyway, first week of sch was still okay. yup, think on the bright side! it was gr8 catching up with the rest of my classmates and seeing some teachers. oh my god, i can't believe i just said i miss e teachers. But it's just tt I'm blessed with nice and caring teachers and furthermore, I got a new GP tutor!

Hmm... Was thinking of updating this blog with proper english, however, doesn't seem to work. See the start and you will noe. <-- [another one, =(] Well, going back to school has been indeed, not bad, I would admit. Cos u can see your frens and stuff... (Hmm... shall convert back to my old self) training's quite fun... juz that u stay back late... that's the disadvantage... B4training sure got loads of time, cos I end sch rather early. Tues and Fri 12.45pm!!! But this week rather suay(unlucky), but to a small extent. Got lots of time, but used it to do hw in the library...... (sound like me?!?!?!?!?) It seems like I'm doing this rather often, lucky i din continue this 'streak' today. Went home early after econs tutorial... Hmm... straying off my training thingy. Tues was a friendly match with our seniors. Past VS Ex (as written on James's writing pad by James) Suppose to start at 6+, but somehow it dragged till 8+... but... still rather cool. (wad else to write?) Oh ya... btw... Happy & wonderful & awesome & tremendous & stupendous & terrific & wondrous new year!!!!!!! (this msg goes out to all, serious, not bluffing) Hmm... oh ya... oso saw the J1s DaNc3 today...and oh my homies... they were enthu!¹ so much betta den us... i guess? Den oso got the N'Sync song 'It's gonna be me' which they danced... got the normal & fast version. Very cool indeed! But i cannot join them for the campfire/dance night... whatever, which is on Friday(tml, since today's Thurs). &... Friday i have training which starts at 6pm... clashes !head-on! with this dance night (decided to call it dance night due to various reasons. Firstly, Kristine told me it's a dance night b4 saying it's a campfire. Secondly, campfire sounds so ... so... boring. Yup, so decided to use the term 'dance night'!) Ok... back to the topic... anyway, it doesn't matter if I miss this 'Dance Night'. Hopefully can ask them to dance for us... Well... This shld b the longest post in this Prata Ring blog I hope. Den i would have created history, and perhaps study it a year later. Hopefully not... Gotta work HARD for my history!!! *VERI HARD, as hard as my mind and will can bring me. thank you so much for coming down to support my first ever emcee-ing in a public place! hahaha it was nerve wrecking but it was fun too! i was quite glad to see the number 036 picked from the lucky draw box :)

anyway, had been really busy these days, din really keep track of homework and all those crap. but at least now i had found out new things to look forward to! there are two zhss juniors who are coming to hc next yr! yay!

apparently it's at night (i was wrong) and it starts at 7.30pm. (i've got to be there at 5.30pm..arrrr) and there's buffet dinner, games (got the on-stage games *hint to james*), and the standard things they do for RC parties..hahaha

my dad just asked me to invite my friends over for this RC Christmas Party that will happen on the 18th of December! the venue is still rather unsure, but i can be sure that it will be somewhere in Sengkang/Punggol near the Riverdale Court. (hope i spelt it correctly) My sister will be the mc for the night n i heard little kids will be coming too! there will be free gifts at the door and there's games, food and lucky draw prizes. my dad's paying for all the admission tickets so please please please come down ok? i'll inform you guys abt the time again.. it's most probably in the afternoon so after that maybe we can head down to matt's place for bridge..muahahaha

hmm..i guess it's not bad fer me to blog since i got nth to do...?attended my first dragonboat trainin juz now(2/12/05)..it's super tough! considering the fact tt i've not been exercising:( ran 5 laps, did 60 pushups n situps, and aft tt..when on to chin up..i can only do arnd 4 lahz..den i'm supposed to do sets of 9...haha..i end up trainin my frens by havin em push me up..so diu lian..aft tt i can't even raise up my arms..n i also felt like vomitin..eeks..we carry on to do weights and i also almost cannot make it..even tho i'm doing less den wad's required..argh i really need to buck up..there's trng later too..at kallang..hope it wun be too tough..lol...n hor..i'm quite suay juz now...lost my psp pouch(heng i was holdin my psp)..also lost my eraser..haiz..but luckily the trng ended wif a mini game of water polo..which is quite fun! den went to eat wif the db team at amk s11...den cycled back home...n now..going to slp...ahha..first time i typin so long..i'm quite boliao..yup..till the next time folks!

anyway, turned out that most of the pratarians came to amk mac..rox, me and james attempted to study, and apparently james is the best at mugging in noisy places. next time come my house lah! guess my family wont mind (i hope) this sunday? deal? deal!

aHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH i dun wan to go to school tmr n do the things i am not quite enjoying. crosses my finger and hope it will all be over. high time to try to complete my work as well.

oh, anyway, today is like my third time seeing a doc. i think i've complained to karin, matt, ks and yen abt the prev doc. james, sorry abt that. i know u really like that dr quek. anyway, tell u more on fri.

oh and i was discussing with karin(prata princess no.2) that the next outing after fri shall be a visit to hei(1)dian(4) to scout for pirated cds. but nowadays seldom come across such shops. only rmb the one in serangoon where i bought THE SIMS2.
